Blackout dates for American Airlines group space are June 22-July 8. If your team is traveling on these dates you need to get a quote from Lynn and start looking into airfare asap!  Since American Airlines is not allowing group space, Delta may run out of space really quickly.  We would hate for your team to be stuck purchasing individual tickets in full at the time of purchase.   Payment Schedule & deadlines Please check with Lynn and follow the deadlines for deposits and payments! One checked bags---no charge---62in/157cm---50lbs.  Travel Insurance Most insurance plans do not have international coverage.  Many teams purchase cheap, daily coverage for their team members in the event of an emergency.  G.O.
